You and your group are launching a project with the objective to create a new relocation service for international students to provide:

Temporary housing for when students first arrive to Canada and Seneca college to pursue their studies.

Support with securing longer term accommodations

Connection to service agencies within the area of Seneca college (e.g. medical, social)

Financial assistance for necessities of life; food, transportation, clothing

Challenges international and domestically relocated students are facing:

Lack of network

Cultural barriers

Limited source of information about resettlement

No Canadian Credit Score/history.

The relocation service will have a list of available options and locations to be discussed with the students and will help in the showings, as well as the paperwork for renting the place.

Your goal is to ensure that both international and domestically relocated students receive the support they need in terms of relocation and finding a permanent accommodation.

After researching the benefits, stakeholder interest and preliminary requirements for the project, your team is coming together to create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) which will graphically depict the deliverables required to successfully launch your new international student relocation service.

As a team, create this WBS. The first level of the WBS will be called international student relocation service. Identify the major deliverables (the 2nd level of the WBS) and the work packages of these major deliverables (the 3rd level of the WBS). Please note you do not have to identify the individual tasks required as that is too detailed and is reserved for the project schedule and budge
