You and your senior leadership team have decided your company needs to become a workplace culture with responsible, reasonable electronic device conduct where people control the devices so they are engaged in the workplace, each other, and working together at their overall best-and stop the devices from controlling your workplace in undesirable ways. Your organizational resources are being underutilized, reduced in value, thus eroding your competitive advantage.

This is trend setting in most ways, but other companies have done similar things. This policy will not, at least at first, be popular. And you will need to do research on why your employees should find the problem at hand believable, important, and necessary to solve. If you dont they will not adhere to your policy.
