The professor is your "client" and he represents a university who wants to "hire" a company who can create great project management videos. There are four "companies" competing for this business (the four teams of our project management class) 2. Develop a scope statement using the template provided in class. The scope statement should have at least 20 pages (1.5 space, Font 12). It should include (but not limited to) the scope of the product (requirements), the scope of the project (deliverables, work), and what is out of scope
