You and your team are awarded a 1 year contract to supply/deliver, construct, test and commissioning of a park in Kota Kemuning. Your Company only have RM1.7 million budgets. However, the cost for the land is estimated to be RM1 million. Construct project and financial plan to illustrate your preparation of material and manpower delivery plan comprehensively. Present a detailed report (i.e. purpose of activity, activity sequencing, period, start/finish time, testing and commissioning) including the followings. a. A master Gantt chart integrating all the following works schedule (i.e. civil, mechanical, electrical). i. Setup/Clearing Work. ii. Supply/Delivery of Material/Manpower. iii. Construction/Installation Work. iv. Testing/commissioning Work. and supported by portion of resource estimation of quantity of materials, equipment, and manpower for implementation of each activity.
