a) Explain, with justification, what steps Martin must take to pursue a claim for personal injuries, including reference to relevant time limitations. (10 marks)

b) Explain, with justification, how the procedure and time limits will differ for any claim Dylan may make for personal his injuries. (4 marks)

c) Subsequent investigations discover that Sophie was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Discuss what effect this may have on insurer's liability and the claims process. (6 marks)

d) These investigations also revealed that Martin is claiming for loss of earnings using falsified documents and that he is also continuing to work. Citing relevant case law, discuss what action the insurers may take. (10 marks)
