You are a consultant for a client who wholly owns a business called Bistro, a popular caf and bar located in historic downtown, Arizona. Your client also inherited a significant sum of money that is invested in several business entities, including publicly traded companies. Over the course of the fall season (into the winter), your client has had several questions. Some of the questions relate to your client as the owner of the caf. Others relate to other business issues the client is experiencing. Those different issues are found on the next page

For each scenario, briefly address the following:

1. Nov 3: As part of the reinvention, your client is going to order a jukebox that will play old records but also has the capability of playing music streamed from different music services. The seller makes them and sells them across the world - but is based in the United States. Because the juke box is very expensive, your client is concerned about it being damaged or destroyed in transit and would like to get insurance for it.
2. Nov 10: For the grand opening of the "new" caf, the client ordered some raw ingredients to hold a 1950's LUAU. The meat is scheduled to arrive on time, but the client was notified that the remaining ingredients would not make it until a week after the scheduled event. The seller knew that the ingredients were needed for the opening night banquet/party. Your client is going to have to get those ingredients in town and pay more or order them for overnight shipping and pay a lot more.
