The office has offered Maximillian a plea deal in exchange for his testimony against his former employer. As part of the plea deal, he is to provide the names and contact information for the victims - many of whom live outside of the United States. In order to receive the full cooperation of Smith, he wants to be assured the victims will be safe. He already admitted to his role in a television interview, but he will not testify at trial without these assurances. You have been tasked with researching what measures the office can use to protect the international victims and if Smith's admission in the interview can be used at the trial.
