From Metropolis, continue north on Missouri State Highway 72 to the 3r? house on right past the intersection with State Highway Z, described as a white home with a chain link fence around it. Residence is known as the JoAnn Thompson residence. And, in support, [ hearby affirm of my belief as follows: On 04-26-2022 I received information from a confidential informant #1 who made the following statements in regard to the JoAnn Thompson residence located at 394 State Highway 72. Informant said he/she lives in a visual distance to the JoAnn Thompson residence. > Informant said on or about March 26 he/she saw JoAnn Thompson and other subjects smoking marijuana on the back porch of Thompson's residence on State Highway 72 located in Metropolis County. Informant said several nights a week there are several cars a night coming and going from the residence. Informant said subjects get out of the cars and go into the residence and stay 15 minutes or less and leave. From my experience as a law enforcement officer I have learned that this is a commeon indicator of illegal drug activity. > Informant said these vehicles come and go at all times of the night. The above informant said on the night of 04-25-2022 there were several vehicles at Thompson's residence and said there were several people coming and going from the residence until approximately 3:00 AM. On 04-27-2022 Ireceived information from a confidential reliable informant #2 in regard to the JoAnn Thompson residence located at 394 State Highway 72. Informant said he/she is arelative of JoAnn Thompson. Informant said JoAnn Thompson is using several illegal drugs at the residence located at 394 State Highway 72. The informant said JoAnn Thompson is using meth and other drugs with another subject named Stephanie Brockman. > The informant said Stephanie does not live with JoAnn but comes to JoAnn's residence several times a week. This has been verified by my observations since 4/15/2021. Informant said Thompson has been using methamphetamine, marijuana, and oxycotin at the residence located on State Highway 72. > Informant said he/she has been around JoAnn in the past and knows when JoAnn is under the influence of drugs. The informant said JoAnn was definitely under the influence of illegal drugs on 04-27-2022 at her residence located on State Highway 72. NOTE: Reliable informant above means the informant has given me illegal drug information in the past that was later proven to be true. Criminal history on JoAnn Thompson shows a felony drug arrest.
