The firm has encountered a crisis situation and your team has been asked to create and implement a communication strategy to deliver the bad news and manage the communications strategy through the crisis. Avoid natural disasters. Process: Your task is to address the issues that have caused the crisis for the organization. In addition, you must: 1. Design a strategy for how the organization will communicate the crisis to the stakeholders, including the employees & the public: press release, memo, website, & blog (3-4 posts) 2. Focus on providing a detailed Crisis Management Plan & a persuasive step-by-step action plan to deal with the crisis, repair your reputation and win back customer confidence in the organization. 3. Deliver a professional press conference to the media, or do an interview on video (2-3 minutes) and post it on your website and social media
