Human Resources functions were handled by individual departments, which resulted in varied experiences for employees across the organization.
As you have experienced growth, your executive and management leadership team has become cognizant of the reality that you need more structure in place when it comes to your internal staff policies and practices. You are more organizationally complex now, more hierarchical in structure, and in need of some consistency and stability across the board.
The CEO of your organization has formed an Employee Experience and Internal Policy Task Force that is charged with facilitating the development of new, internal staff policy proposals that will be reviewed by executive leadership and other stakeholders. Task members have been asked to research and present on policies or practices that would benefit the entire staff and support the organizations continued growth.
