You are a WHS officer at NMT Workforce. You have moved to a new branch, which has not yet implemented processes relating to the election of Health and Safety Representatives. You will use the NMT Workforce IMS to research WHS law, regulations, codes of practice, policies, procedures, and organisational processes and use this knowledge to: Identify individuals and parties, and their roles and responsibilities for WHS consultation and participation. Help create and implement creation of WHS consultation and participation processes for the NMT Workforce organisation. Help with assessment of the consultation and participation processes. Contribute to the improvement of WHS consultation and participation processes. Conduct a safety meeting and follow requirements of all relevant processes and procedures to: Elect Health and Safety Representatives for the branch Create and plan the implementation of appropriate local WHS consultation processes for the branch. Create a method to encourage individuals to participate in WHS meetings and other activities at the branch. Determine training requirements for Health and Safety Representatives (Document the meeting and store or save all documentation according to NMT Workforce policy and procedure)
