You are an in-house lawyer in a large multi-national company and the Managing Director calls you into his office. You find him sipping coffee with your immediate boss, the Corporate Secretary who greets you first and shows you a document on the Managing Director's desk and says "Can you witness the boss's Will, I have already done so."
