In wake of what transpired within the Miami Dolphins organization involving Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin (a player-related issue in 2013) and LV Raiders with workplace issues (in 2022; Link), you have been asked by the president of SSE to help create a policy to prevent sexual harassment and hostile work environment issues from occurring in the workplace.
