You are an upper-level administrator for Spurs Sports and Entertainment (SSE). SSE owns and operates the San Antonio Spurs (NBA), San Antonio Rampage (AHL), the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, and Austin Toros (NBA Development League) and also manages the day-to-day operations of the AT&T Center. Since SSE employs over 300 people from all walks of life, the organization wants to make sure that nobody is subject to either sexual harassment or hostile work environment harassment in the workplace.

The organization is aware of a rash of lawsuits that have been filed over the past few years involving workplace harassment. In wake of what transpired within the Miami Dolphins organization involving Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin (a player-related issue in 2013) and LV Raiders with workplace issues (in 2022; Link), you have been asked by the president of SSE to help create a policy to prevent sexual harassment and hostile work environment issues from occurring in the workplace.

Directions: Read the attached documents, titled "The Wells Report Could Mean Big Changes in NFL Workplace Policies" & "What Is Acceptable Behavior in the Sports Workplace?" and discuss what your policy might look like. In other words, what are the central elements of the policy?
