You are approaching the midway point for your second fiscal quarter with your new company or organization. Being a student of change you know how important climate and culture can be in terms of supporting what it means to make change happen at the deepest levels. Your analysis at this point is the company is in a good position to continue to move forward and embrace change. but with greater knowledge of the day-to-day operations, you know that it’s time to get serious about challenging the system culture in order to truly make change happen in a meaningful way.

Since this will be your next order of business heading into the second and third quarters of the year, you know it’s important for you to share this vision with your CEO in your mid-quarter update with her. To that end, you are to prepare a written assignment that will serve as both an analysis and overview of the shift you intend to make in putting the focus on changing the system culture.

Construct a white paper overview that will articulate at least three (3) driving forces behind the goal of indeed creating the appropriate climate and culture for making change happen in your company. With the identification of these major components describe specifically what you believe is required first from a theoretical standpoint and then as articulated more specifically with the identification of action steps within your company the strategic priorities that must be considered if indeed this climate and culture is to evolve.
