You therefore expect that operating revenues will be $50 million per year (at time 1, 2, 3, 4) without outsourcing but only $49 million per year with outsourcing.

You will be able to sell the office building which is currently used by the customer service department for $8 million today. The office building has been fully depreciated.

The required level of working capital is $2 million for the period of time 1 to 3 and this will drop to 0 at time 4.
