You are currently interning at a company's hydrogen storage facility. They use cylindrical iron tanks that have a height of 4 m tall, an inner diameter of 2m and a wall thickness of 2 mm. The stored hydrogen is constantly maintained at 400 C. Most of the pressure gauges show that the hydrogen is stored at 1 atm (1.013 10 Pa). However, five pressure gauges read 0.75 atm. You alert your supervisor, and he conducts a thorough examination of the five tanks. He explains that, recently, they paid a maintenance company to replace the coating of the tanks which makes them impermeable to hydrogen. However, the workers forgot to coat the lid of the five tanks which caused the diffusion of hydrogen outward. The maintenance company agreed to compensate the lost hydrogen at a price of P340 per kilogram of hydrogen lost. You may assume that the pressure outside is zero. You may also use the Sievert's constant and diffusion constant found in the module. 1. How long has it been since the hydrogen started diffusing out?! 2. How much will the maintenance company pay
