You are given a very large nationwide agricultural dataset where each record in a CSV file contains the following fields: Geographical location ID (LOCID). Farm Plot Number (FPNUM), Soil Fertility Indicator (SFI). An eg record is, A1456, FP2312, 55. The problem you have to solve is to create a list of LOCIDS where the average SFI >80 (high fertility) and another LOCIDS where SFI < 20 (low fertility). Avg SFI for location (LOCID) is computed across farm plots (FPNUM) in the same location. You have to write a map-reduce program in hadoop and it can use 1 or 2 iterations, as required. Write the map and reduce functions and clearly mention your code to explain the logical steps. You code can be as close as possible to Java or Python syntax for clarity in logic but you are expected to write clear pseudo code.
