There are many templates on the web for practice plans. You can Google practice plan template and find the one that fits what you are looking for. You will also need a week long calendar template. The following needs to be considered & included in the plan. How many days will you practice? How many days will you have off field/court training (e.g. endurance, weights)? How many days will be rest days? Where will you incorporate mental imagery? When will you incorporate watching film (videos of your team/self/client training, playing, practicing or others participating in the sport/activity such as the competition or professionals)? Will you include time with a sport psychologist? Where will this fit in? See attached rubric for information on how you will be graded
