You are to pretend that you are on the game show. You have an opportunity to win a new car that is located behind ONE of THREE doors. You select door #1. The host adds a twist, and reveals opens up door #3 for you, showing that there is a goat behind it. The big question is, "Do you stick with door #1, or do you switch to door #2?" Do the odds increase either way?

2. Based on what you've learned about probability and statistics, how would you solve the problem and figure out your odds for staying with door #1, and if switching to door #2? Explain.
