1. Analyze this new information. Define the impact for each knowledge area we learned in this course. Draft an email to the project sponsor explaining the situation and a list of all changes to project artifacts.
2. Create a revised project management plan incorporating all of the project management artifacts you created thus far in this course with adjustments based on this new information. Make sure to include the approach this project will take including project life-cycle (refer to chapters 2, 3, 4 in the PMBOK)
3. Include a cover memo outlining the changes to the plan that were the result of this new information.
