You are midway through a $15$ hour shift and you receive a call from an employee who turned on his computer and was unable to connect to the internet. As more employees arrived to work, computers that use the corporate Wi$-$Fi were unable to connect but the computers using a line $($wired$)$ were able to connect. The opposite side of the building and other floors were able to connect. Think of company politics $-$ too little information some my view as incompetent $-$too much the client will fall asleep on the phone and $30$ other calls are behind the one you are on
