Mr. Dong and Ms. Spice were both travelling along Half Way Tree in the same direction when Mr. Dong collided into the rear of Ms. Spice's car when a White Toyota Probox that was infront of Ms. Spice stopped suddenly to pick up a passenger. On September 1, 2022, a letter was delivered to Chacha Bouye Resorts by Ms. Spice's Attorney alleging that she sustained personal injuries, property damage and loss and expenses on account of the 2nd Defendant's negligent operation of the 1st Defendant's motor vehicle".
