You are required, as the newly appointed project manager, to develop certain aspects of the project time management plan for a project of your choice using the WBS that you will create for that particular project. Consult the instructions below to ensure that all requirements are complied with. 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Provide a background for a project of your choice.

2. Develop a WBS. Be sure to include a minimum of 3 levels of detail. 

3. Assign duration to individual tasks identified from the WBS developed.

4. Create a project schedule with predecessors assigned per activity.
