Evidence of your research should be clear.

One's you have done your research you should discuss the following

1. Explain how the two organisations has embarked on the line and category extension

2. Reasons for the (selected organisation) introducing a line or category extension

3. Discuss some of the risk that those organisations might have faced when embarking in line or category extensions

. 4. How a line extension may weaken the parent brand.
