You are required to turn in a 3-5 slide presentation with a summary of your project. Your classmates will be providing feedback, so show them your brilliant work. Briefly describe your project and the process of selectin it, the scope and the participants, the organizational structure, chartering, WBS, closing, and, finally, the measures of success and what you learned from the process. This presentation will be a video with slides with audio. The entire presentation is NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES. (yes, I realize that is about 1 minute per slide.) You must have 5 slides but you DO NOT have to have exactly 5 minutes recorded, just don't go over. This is simply an overview of what you have done, so leave out the smaller details of the project. Imagine that yru are interviewing for a PM position, and they are allowing you only 5 minutes to discuss your last project. What will you include? You may use any platform that Canvas accepts, PowerPoint, YouTube, Vimeo, or my current favorite, Canvas Studio. 1 like Studio because it is embedded in this Canvas course and includes closed captioning for my lectures. Most students use Powerpoint with the audio feature. Give yourself plenty of time to record and upload, as internet upload speeds vary significantly. Playback to make sure it plays and there is sound. This assignment and the peer evaluation are the final grades in this course. The grade for this presentation will be assigned next week during a peer review. To Recap: - Maximum of 5 slides - Audio included, no more than 5 minutes long - Sections of your project are addressed, including Initiating, Planning, Executing. Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing. - Discuss Successes, Challenges, Risks, Lessons Learned, etc. Use this rubric to evaluate the quality of the presentation. No need to include the annotated form
