You are required to use Bluebeam and submit one (1) Excel file containing the following items in three (3) separate tabs: 1. Tab 1 (Student Answer Sheet) Provide an Estimate Summary Sheet. Pay close attention to each cell's content in the template - do not overwrite existing formulas in cells. Do not include any O&P, insurance cost, or taxes. Include all appropriate assumptions with justifications. 2. Tab 2 (Bluebeam Excel Export) Export a Bluebeam markups list into excel. Copy and paste into the excel file. All QTO calculations should be included on this tab. 3. Tab 3 (RS Means Estimate) Export your RS Means advanced estimate to Excel. Copy and paste it into the Excel file tab "RS Means Estimate"
