You are supposed to write an agreement of Mudaraba between you and your friend. His is Rabb ul Mal and you are Mudarib. You both are creating Mudaraba contract following all terms and conditions of Mudaraba and each and everything of contract is mentioned in this agreement.

You must write

1-Are you doin restricted Mudaraba or unrestricted Mudaraba?

2- Mudaraba is time bound or not?

3- what is agreed profit ratio for everyone?

4- who will bear the loss if any?

5- Mudaraba must be free from conditions that make it void.

6- how will you liquidate all things at the end of Mudaraba
