Actions

 for the delivery of five rail carts.  Two weeks after the contract was awarded, the requiring activity informed you that they need to add two additional characteristics to the salient characteristics in Attachment 0001.  These additional characteristics will change the form, fit, and function of the rail carts.  The requiring activity is willing to change the delivery date to 30 days later than the current schedule as part of the Government's consideration for the contractor, Acme, accommodating this change.
