. As part of their induction, you will be running a presentation to new workers starting out at the organisation and then running a follow-up meeting two weeks later.

2. Discuss 2 potential barriers they've faced to following WHS procedures, including hazard

identification and then brainstorm solutions. At least two barriers need to be discussed.

3. Identify at least 2 changes the organisation can make going forward that will address one of the

barriers discussed above including changes to process or additional training needs.

4. Develop an action plan with the staff taking account of priorities and training needs.

5. Discuss how the process will be monitored going forward to confirm achievement against the Action

Plan and how changes to the plan will be communicated. .
