You are the manager/ leader. You have certain morals that you live with and by(honesty, community values, family, work/life balance, ability to speak your mind with respect, and more). Your company undergoes a period of rapid change and this includes the removal of your chairman and CEO. These two people have replaced people with people that values result over performance, dedication and sharp focus to the cause versus experimentation, the sacrifice of personal rights in order to say "JOB DONE", etc.
Prior to this change, you sat very comfortably within the company, what it was, what it stood for, and the way it was moving into the future. The change will bring new challenges, new competition, a new situation for you to lead in, and will place you on many occasions outside of your moral scope. the ethics within the company is about to undergo some real challenges and you may not like them and being a part of them. Some of our valuable team members approach you. They wanted to leave. How do you coach them?
