about a coach at a local high school. The coach is a regular and frequent customer at the store and is sometimes abrupt with the

salespeople. The vice president directed you to fix this Twitter thing immediately and implied your job was at risk. You decide

to reprimand each of the salespeople in question. You will also issue a memo for their files as an official warning with a reminder

of the corporate policy about discussing company business on social media.
