You are the organizer of a sports tournament (all genders) being held at a venue in Palm Beach County. You have received a request for proposal (RFP). There are 32 teams across four divisions [9-11 (Youth); 12 - 14 (Middle School / Junior High); 15 - 17 (High School); Open (18 )] coming to this tournament. There are eight (8) teams per division. Many of the teams are co-ed and this has led to some controversy with some teams refusing to add players of the opposite gender or compete against a co-ed team. There are an average of 15 people (players and coaches) per team. Twenty (20) teams will necessitate lodging. There are twelve (12) teams total from Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. There are several teams from other parts of the United States. There are a few teams coming from overseas. Most of the teams will stay in West Palm Beach and are travelling on a Thursday. This event hopes to become the pride of Palm Beach County.
