However, you are a little concerned about the crowds that are now regularly forming to get into your establishment. You have hired bouncers to control things, but you are also concerned that they behave appropriately in dealing with unruly customers. You don't want their misbehaviour to lead to a lawsuit (and potentially the loss of some of your bucket loads of money!).
