To Whom it May Concern:

I recently requested an estimate from your business for the repairs and maintenance of my small fleet of pickup trucks, and I am not satisfied with the answer I received.

Because of the amount of work I am offering your business, I asked for a 20% discount on all costs, parts and labour, for the maintenance and repairs needed on my trucks. I don't know who answered my request, but I was only offered a 5% reduction for labour and 10% discount for parts. I believe that you can afford to give me a bigger discount than that, since I am promising that I will go to you exclusively for all of my trucks' needs.
