You are the Project Manager on the design team for a new bridge across the North Saskatchewan River. Your team consists of an Architectural Team, Structural Engineering Team, and an Electrical Engineering Team (All work for you in the same company). As part of the specifications, the Client has asked that the bridge be installed with specialty lights that illuminate the bridge. The lights can be programmed to be in different colors for certain events. The lighting system is very unique and the Electrical Engineer has only found one company that will meet the lighting specifications. This company is in the Netherlands. In addition, the architectural team has designed the features of the bridge barrier to be very architecturally pleasing to a person's eye. Unfortunately, the structural engineer is having a difficult time making the barrier safe for an impact load. The structural engineer has noted that the barrier will most likely take twice as long to design. Hallway through the project, you have been informed that the main architect plans to retire before the design of the bridge is complete. List 3 High-level risk categories. Identify 2 lower level risks associated with each, as well as their probability, impact and response strategy. (Use High, Medium, Low for probability and impact)
