Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that managers, workers and contractors at Coral Sea Hotels are aware of their responsibilities in regard to health and safety in the workplace.
Scope
The policy covers all employees and directors of the organisation (whether full-time, part-time or casual).
Objective
The organisation's goal is to provide a safe and health work environment that is free from workplace injury and illness. This will only be achieved through the participation, co-operation, and commitment of everyone in the workplace.
