You are to choose a publicly traded company (either from the Nasdaq or the Dow Jones Industrial Average). This is a research paper that begins with some short answer questions followed by your research. This paper is to be a total of 4-5 pages with at least three scholarly references. That means that sources such as Wikipedia and Investopedia are not to be used.

What is the official name of your company chosen?

What year was it incorporated?

What is the State of Incorporation? E.g. Delaware

What platform is it traded on?

What is the stock symbol?

What type of industry is it? E.g. Retail

You are to research this organization for a period of the last three years and indicate the changes in the stock price over each quarter (12 quarters in total). Did the stock price go up or down in that did it fluctuate? Examine the cause/ causes of the fluctuation of the prices. Give specific answers and support the determination with the relevance research. Such factors such as inflation, economic conditions and concerns, oil/commodity pricing, change in consumer demand/spending habits as well as technological change that would alter consumer behavior (advent of mobile apps) could be an area of research that could alter the stock price.
