These screenshots from the prescribed e-textbook on Leadership (Hughes et al pp 305 to 310) are listed on Moodle, below. Then search online for other advice on stress management techniques. Remember to always acknowledge your online sources of information with in-text referencing - and again in the Reference List.
Task 1: Identify which of the stress management techniques described in Lecture 5 and in the e-textbook (Hughes et al) would help you to manage your stress levels in your next job interview. (125 -150 words and 3 marks)
Task 2: Search online and identify other relevant stress management techniques that would help you to become more confident to apply for - or accept an offer - of a team leadership, supervisor, coordinator or manager position. Include in-text references and a list of the website names, URLs and accession dates in brackets e.g. (accessed 13/04/2023) if you visited a website on Thursday 13th April. (150 -200 words and 4 marks)
Task 3: Evaluate (judge the value wisely) which effective stress management techniques are relevant to the leadership styles of the business leader that you choose for the Oral Presentation and the Report. (150 - 200 words and 3 marks)
