You are working as Administrative Assistant to the Sydney RestaurantAssociation, the Professional organization open to all Owners and operators of Restaurants  in Sydney. You have 500 members who pay $ 400 per year for Member benefits.

It is your responsibility to organize the Annual Conference in 2015. You are expecting 350 members to attend for the whole day, and 60 members to come for half of the day in the morning, and 35 to come for afternoon session only (based on last year attendance)

There will be invited speakers requiring overhead projectors, screens for video/PowerPoint presentation.
