You as an Engineer are hired to design and find a solution to the following problem: A community in Puerto Rico has the problem of frequent water interruptions and the solution of using a storage cistern is proposed. It is necessary to design a water level control system for the cistern and to pressurize the outlet line to subscribers so that they can have a pressure of at least 30 psi. The water pressure level of the AAA pipe is insufficient so an additional pump is needed to help fill the cistern. The filling pump should be activated only when the tank level is below 30%. Design the complete circuit and write the microcontroller programming.
