You call the usual investigative and forensic teams to the crime scene, once you've helped carry the victim into the ambulance and secured the area. Based only on what you've been able to determine from a very preliminary looking over the scene, there was probably not much more to the event than a hard strike to the victim by the bicycle. There does, however, appear to be simultaneous randomness and purposed aspects of the crime. What will your initial report say?
