You currently work for a weather company who is about to rollout a new weather app for iOS and Android phones in the US and China. The company wants your input on the following:

• The key characteristics that the product needs to have in order to attract new users.
• What approaches should the company take to attract users

These are two parts of my case study i am having trouble with understanding how to approach and word I keep confusing myself was hoping for some advice or rough draft anwser just to understand how somone may anwser these parts thanks for any help!
