You enjoy the records management function of your job. You pride yourself on being able to set up files appropriately and find documents immediately upon request. In fact, Mr. Albertson has often praised your ability. He has remarked about your "amazing ability to find anything at a moment's notice." One of your co-workers, Lisa, never gets her filing done. She constantly complains about how much she has to do and has asked you on several occasions to help her. You do not mind helping out, but you believe she wastes her time. You believe she is an ineffective employee. On two separate occasions, however, you have helped her with her filing. On the last occasion, you worked for almost three days helping her get her files up to date. Now she is behind again and wants your help. You do not believe you should be doing your job and her job too. The tension is building between the two of you. You do not want to cause any problems in the office.

How should you handle the situation?
