• Port to destination moves distance, possible carriers, routes, transit times
• 3PLs to potentially involve in the process and their location of activities
• Potential problem spots

There are tons of websites that will allow you to see transit times.

The easiest way would be to give a diagram or a table showing point by point how you expect it to travel.
