You have been asked to manage the implementation of a new email system in your workplace. Using the critical path method approach outline the key factors in managing this project. The result of this project is that all staff have the new email system installed and operating on their computers. The staff will want to access all their previous emails so the migration of emails from the old system to the new system will be important and so will the timing of the move from the old to the new system.
