You have been assigned to a team above. You will post as a group with only one person from the group submitting the post. You may comment to the group post individually or individually answer questions from your classmates.

Team A will discuss the internal environment of Montgomery College and Team B will discuss the external environment of Montgomery College. You will likely need to conduct research using both Montgomery College's website and other external information sources.

In addition to the team's post each individual of the team should also post their reflections on how it felt to work as a team, what were the benefits and what were the challenges? How could the team experience or outcome been improved?
