You have been hired by Gatwick Airport to design an initiative to get more employees to use public transport when travelling to and from the airport. You decided to start by conducting interviews with employees, to understand their travel habits and the causes for those habits. This will be followed by a survey. 1. The first decision you need to make is whether to conduct individual interviews or group ones. Ask a text-based generative Al tool of your choice (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Co-Pilot...) whether you should use individual or group interviews, and why. Then, using ONLY the relevant materials provided in the course, analyse the answer provided by the generative Al tool. Specifically, you need to say what is correct about the answer, what is wrong and what is missing, and why. You also need to tell us whether you are going ahead with individual interviews or group ones. Moreover, you need to include the answer provided by the text- based generative Al tool in the Appendix. The Appendix is not part of the word count. 2. You decided to use COM-B as the overarching theory guiding your study. Following the principles outlined in this module and using only the relevant materials provided in this course, develop a semi-structured guide for interviews for this study, using COM-B to help you answer your research question. Remember to clarify whether you are conducting individual or group interviews. The interview guide will have between 8 and 12 guestions, and needs to be presented in the following format: Question Question Type of question and any Reasons for asking this order wording specific instructions (e.g., guestion (e.g., warming-up, probing for X) part of theory, etc...) 1 3. After analysing the interview data, you conducted an employee survey to test the three hypotheses listed below.
