With an annual budget of $1.5 million, you have ample resources to put your plan in place. The objective of this project is to create the team. For this project, you must develop a strategy for implementing a new IT department and to support the organization for the CEO to present to the board. This can be provided in a word processing document or presentation document (power point, keynote, slides, etc.) The following areas must be addressed in your strategy:
