2. Explore who the stakeholders are from an issue-based approach. You should ensure you address the alliances and conflicts.

3. Explore the structural influences by developing the stakeholder analysis through the three levels and showing how they interact.

4. Identify a solution. Here explore with the reader how the solution will work, who will implement it, what will it do, and will it not do, how long will it take to implement, how will affect the stakeholder groups (these are some suggestions of things to address you are not limited by these points)
