You have been working as a software engineer in IT department in the Boston office of a major investment company Invest Now Inc. (INI). Because of your great performance you have been promoted to lead an existing project X in the San Francisco office of INI. This is a large project involving several teams of few dozen engineers located in several sites in US and a contractor company in India. The contractor company in India has been used by INI on two other projects over the past four years. You are taking over the project exactly one year from its inception.
